Produced in DO Terra Alta, Catalonia's southernmost wine region, the wine Petites Estones Blanc is a varietal White Grenache wine produced from organically certified vineyards.
The grapes were first cold-macerated for 6 to 8 hours and gently pressed. This Spanish white wine from the Mas Sersal winery was then fermented under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for 20 days.
After that, the wine Petites Estones 2023 was aged on lees for 4 months. It was clarified and filtered before bottling.
This varietal white wine from Terra Alta is excellent with tapas, fish dishes and pasta recipes.
