Availability: In stock
Made by the Viña Tacama in Perú, the famed Pisco Demonio de los Andes Acholado is a spirit made from 4 native grape varieties: Albilla, Quebranta, Negra Corriente and Moscatel.
Sourced from old vines located in the Tacama region, each variety was separately fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. After that, the base wines were separately distilled in Charentais copper stills. Finally, this grape brandy from Perú was blended and bottled.
Specifically, this unaged Brandy from Perú was produced from 4 base wines
Bright and clear, Pisco Demonio de los Andes Acholado is floral and fruit-driven on the nose. Smooth, clean and fresh on the palate, with flavours of ripe pears and banana all the way to a long, floral finish.
This classic eau-de-vie from Perú is best served chilled. Of late, it has become increasingly popular as a cocktail ingredient.
