The wine Popul Negres de Terrer is the entry-level red of the talented winemaker Sandra Doix, a sixth- generation native of the Priorat region.
Made from a blend of Grenache and Carignan with a kick of Syrah, this Spanish red wine is sourced from vineyards located near Poboleda, in DOQ Priorat’s freshest area. After a meticulous harvest of the grapes, this Crianza red wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.
After that, the red wine Popul Negres de Terrer 2021 was aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
The wine was kept in the cellar for 12+ months after bottling.
We suggest aerating this red wine from Priorat before serving.
