Details
One of La Rioja's best-known modern wines, the red wine Predicador is crafted by oenologist Benjamín Romeo, one of the great names of the Spanish winemaking scene.
The 2021 vintage of this Spanish red wine is made basically from Tempranillo, complemented with Graciano and Mazuela (Carignan). The vines, between 20 and 35 years of age, are scattered over 16 plots located in the towns of Briones and San Vicente de la Sonsierra.
Produced by Bodega Contador, the grapes were manually collected and selected twice.
After a careful vinification in truncated cone-shaped oak vats, this Crianza red wine was aged for 16 months in 2nd year French oak barrels.
Finally, the red wine Predicador 2021 was clarified and filtered prior to its bottling.
Decant this Rioja red wine 40-60 minutes before drinking.
