The Valencian winemaker Rafael Cambra makes the wine Rafael Cambra Dos from a roughly equal blend of Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This Spanish red wine hence combines the most important local red variety with two well-known international ones.
After a meticulous harvest and a thorough selection of the grapes, this Crianza red wine from DO Valencia was fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. After that, the red wine Rafael Cambra Dos 2022 was aged in oak barrels for 8 months and in oak vats for 6 months.
This red wine from Valencia will make a perfect pairing with hearty meat dishes and game recipes.
