Details
An interesting Spanish white wine produced by Bodega Ramón do Casar, the wine Ramón do Casar Varietal is made from a blend of Galician native varieties in Castrelo do Miño, Ourense, DO Ribeiro.
The Treixadura, Albariño and Godello vineyards are farmed following environmentally friendly methods. The grapes were picked up by hand and selected twice, on site and in the cellar. After that, they were crushed, destemmed and gently pressed.
Before being bottled, the wine Ramón do Casar Varietal 2023 was left in contact with the lees for some weeks to round its texture.
