Details
This exquisite Corpinnat rosé sparkling wine is, for the first time, a varietal Monastrell. The grapes are sourced rom estate vineyards located in the highest area of the Penedès region.
The vineyards are farmed following biodynamic procedures. Thus, absolutely no chemicals or insecticides were used to cultivate the vines.
In fact, the Recaredo winery, producer of Recaredo Intens Rosat Brut Nature, was the first Demeter certified wine producer in Penedès.
The harvesting process was carried out by hand. The grapes were transported in little boxes to avoid bruising the fruit. Once in the cellar, they were macerated with their skins for 13 hours. Then 17% of this Spanish sparkling wine wine was aged in oak for 2 months.
Secondary fermentation took place inside the bottle. Finally, Recaredo Intens Rosat Brut Nature 2020 was aged for a minimum of 40 months.
All of the bottles of this Corpinnat sparkling wine were manually disgorged.

| Palate | Entering joyfully onto the palate, this Corpinnat Brut Nature is dry and yummy. Gently tart, with remembrances of wild berries, Mediterranean herbs and hints of violets and spices. This rosé sparkling wine from the Recaredo winery has some tiny, smooth bubbles and a long, zesty finish. |

Super nice blend, original and classy. No Cava producer beats Recaredo.
