This exquisite Corpinnat rosé sparkling wine is made from 88% Monastrell and 12% Grenache. The grapes are sourced from estate vineyards located in the highest area of the Penedès region.
The vineyards are farmed following biodynamic procedures. Thus, absolutely no chemicals or insecticides were used to cultivate the vines.
In fact, the Recaredo winery, producer of the sparkling wine Recaredo Intens Rosat Brut Nature, was the first Demeter certified wine producer in Penedès.
The harvesting process was carried out by hand. The grapes were transported in little boxes to avoid bruising the fruit. Once in the cellar, they were macerated with their skins for 13 hours. Then a portion of this Spanish sparkling wine wine was aged in oak for 2 months.
Secondary fermentation took place inside the bottle. Finally, the sparkling wine Recaredo Intens Rosat Brut Nature 2021 was aged for 33 months.
All of the bottles of this Corpinnat organic sparkling wine were manually disgorged.

Super nice blend, original and classy. No Cava producer beats Recaredo.
