Corpinnat Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature 2019
Availability: In stock
The 2019 vintage of Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature from bodega Caves Recaredo, a member of the Corpinnat association of producers, differs slightly from the previous one.
This blended Spanish sparkling wine is made from Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, this time nuanced with a 1% Monastrell.
The grapes are sorted from vines planted in differents kinds of soils, all of them with a high limestone content. They are grown following the guidelines of organic and biodynamic farming.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were separately vinified. Subsequently, 5% of the wine was aged in oak barrels.
After its bottling, Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature 2019 was aged for a minimum of 40 months and manually disgorged - with no addition of shipping liquor - prior to its commercial release.
The disgorging date of this Corpinnat brut nature sparkling wine is printed on the back label.
Appearance | The gran reserva sparkling wine Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature is medium yellow with some golden tinges. |

Nose | The nose of this blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Monastrell is pure and very elegant. Elegant mineral notes with aromas of white fruit, a dash of white flowers and notions of smoke and dry fruit. This Corpinnat Brut Nature has a delicately balsamic background. |
Palate | Very fresh, with a crisp and well-defined structure which is dry and smooth at the same time. The bubbles of this sparkling wine of the Recaredo winery are perfectly integrated, and the wine has a long finish with a delicate remembrance of aniseed and white fruit, nuanced by a smoky touch. |
Our personal opinion | Flawless as usual, Recaredo Terrers Brut Nature 2019 is a delightful sparkling wine. |
