Produced by bodega Rendé Masdéu, Rendé Masdéu La Nimfa Blanc comes from DO Conca de Barberà, southern Catalonia.
This blended Spanish white wine is produced from local varieties only; namely, Macabeo (55%), White Grenache (25%), Trepat (15%) y Parellada (5%).
Hand-harvested and selected, the grapes were pressed whole bunch and then they were fermented under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
After that, the white wine Rendé Masdéu La Nimfa Blanc 2022 was kept in contact with the lees for a short period of time.
This easy-drinking organic young white wine from Conca de Barberà will pair nicely with salads, shrimp, ceviche and sushi.
