Return Policy

You may exercise your right to return products by e-mailing us at contact@enterwine.com. Please include your first and last name along with your order number and the reason for the return. According to the law you have the right to return products up to 7 days after delivery by returning the entire order to our store in its original packaging and condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay this shipping. After we receive the order and confirm the condition, we will refund the total amount of money to whichever method of payment that was provided.

If the return is due to an error made on the behalf of enterwine.com, we will pay for the shipping and handling of the return of the product.

If the return is made because the product was delivered in poor condition, above all else we wish to apologize for this situation. Our warehouse is equipped to have the best quality wines preserved in the best condition and we would be very disappointed to hear of this ever happening. In the event that this occurs we will send out a new product as quickly as possible and assume all the costs of shipping. Or, if you prefer, we will refund the order. If the return is made on this basis after three months of the products delivery, we will specially analyze the product and get back to you with our best resolution.
