After a traditional vinifcation, Rexach Baqués Gran Carta Brut was aged for 36 months in the celler before its release.

There are fine lees aromatics alongside dry earthy notes which present some subtle hazelnut aromas. |
Palate | This cava has a pleasant, lively, and fresh entrance onto the palate. There are very flavorful fruits that are entwined by subtle and pleasant nuanced fine lees notes, combined with fresh brioche toasts. This Cava by the Rexach Baqués winery has a fresh and fruity finish that is reminiscent of its crianza age leaving behind a slightly bitter aftertaste. |
