The Cava Rexach Baqués Gran Carta is produced in the town of Guardiola de Font-Rubí, in the Alt Penedès region of Spain. This cava has been crafted from a traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes.
After a traditional vinifcation, Rexach Baqués Gran Carta Brut was aged for 36 months in the celler before its release.
The Guia de Vins de Cataluña 2010 (Catalan Wine Guide) gave this cava with score of 9.59/10.
