It displays clean, pure, intense aromas of caramel, sweet spices, balsam, black pepper, nutmeg, vanilla, dry fruit and toast. The palate is lush, velvety and complex, and the rum leaves a long, endless, slightly dry finish with remembrances of bitter chocolate, coffee, toffee and toasted dry fruit.
