This French champagne was crafted from wine bases of different vintages, all of which are classified as Premiers Crus. Finally, it was aged for 36 months in the bottle.

Palate | This varietal Chardonnay has a creamy, dense, round, and prideful entrance onto the palate, followed by a fruity passage that presents fresh citruses and white stone fruits (Paraguayans, nectarines) along with nuanced minerals. There is very fine effervescence which provides for a pleasant creaminess alongside well-balanced acidity. There is a persistent finish that is reminiscent of this sparkling wine´s ageing process with fine pastry notes. |
