The best-known Spanish fortified wine of Bodegas Argüeso, San León Manzanilla is made solely from Palomino grapes sourced from vineyards with albariza soils located in DO Jerez-Xérès-Sherry-Manzanilla de Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
Traditionally vinified, this Manzanilla was aged under flor veil for 6 years minimum in American oak soleras, the oldest of which dates from 1822.
