Fortified Wine San León Manzanilla Reserva de la Familia
Availability: In stock
An elegant fortified wine from Manzanilla produced by the Argüeso winery from a percentage of Palomino grapes that were cultivated traditionally and then aged for 90 months with “soleras” sediment rotations.
This wine from Jerez is intense, very flavorful, and fine.
This Manzanilla pairs well with hams (especially Iberian peninsula ham), sea foods, and hearty appetizers (perfect with tapas from the south of Spain), we also prefer to enjoy this wine at a little bit cooler temperatures than normal.
Appearance | This Manzanilla wine from Sanlúcar de Barrameda shows a beautiful yellowish-gold color with golden reflections. A bright and crisp appearance with an abundant and glyceric tear. |

Nose | This Serry wine has an elegant and complex nose that has intense saline aromas (of the sea, iodinates, and delectable seaweed) entwine with white fruit aromas (jasmine flower) and dry fruits. A subtle and pleasant tingle in the nose. |
Palate | A big entry with volume. A long passage that is dry, well-balanced, and very reflective of its nose. Intense and complex, very fresh, with excellent acidity. A finish that is long and persistent leaving a light and salient aftertaste of dry fruits. |
Our personal opinion | San León Manzanilla Reserva de la Familia is an elegant, intense, and complex wine. We always enjoy this wine when we can with Shrimp. Let do it! |
