The entry-level wine of bodega Viñas del Jaro, the red wine Sembro is a varietal Tempranillo wine.
This Spanish red wine is sourced from a single plot, Finca El Quiñón, located in Pesquera del Duero, in the heart of DO Ribera del Duero.
Once in the cellar, the wine was macerated for 7 days before alcoholic fermentation, which took place in stainless steel tanks under a strict temperature control.
After that, the red wine Sembro 2022 remained in contact with its lees for 7 days in order to enhance its creaminess and roundness.
Finally, this young red wine from Ribera del Duero was aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
