Produced by the Marqués de Vizhoja winery, the wine Señor da Folla Verde is sourced from a single vineyard called Finca Las Moreiras, located in the Tea county, DO Rías Baixas.
Made solely from indigenous Galician varieties, this Spanish white wine is a blend of mostly Albariño with some Loureira and Treixadura.
Meticulously harvested and vinified, the grapes were cold-soaked for 16 hours, gently crushed and vinified together. This vegan wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 16 days. The white wine Señor da Folla Verde 2022 was gently filtered before bottling.
This is a limited production white wine from Rías Baixas
