This is the new vintage of the wine Sers Blanqué Chardonnay, produced by Bodegas Sers.
A varietal Chardonnay, this Spanish white wine comes from vineyards located in the town of Cofita, province of Huesca (Aragón), DO Somontano.
Harvested at dawn, once in the cellar the grapes were traditionally vinified and then this white wine from Somontano was aged 4 months in American oak barrels.
Finally, the wine Sers Blanqué Chardonnay 2023 was delicately filtered and bottled. We suggest that you decant it before drinking.
Production around 4,000 bottles.

I discovered this wine through enterwine's newsletter. I have to say I've been very pleased by it, because for once there is a Chardonnay which is crisp and not too tropical.
