Produced by Bodegas Sers, the wine Sers GR18 Cabernet Merlot, formerly known as Sers Reserva, comes from the harsh, windswept Spanish region of Somontano.
This Spanish red wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The grapes come from Finca La Morera, located at an altitude of 300 metres above sea level and farmed following sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.
The grapes were handpicked by and traditionally vinified. Then this Somontano red wine was aged for 18 months in American oak barrels.
After that, the wine Sers GR18 Cabernet Merlot 2020 was delicately filtered and aged for another 18 months in the bottle.
The wine was not filtered before its bottling, so it may present some sediment.
Thus, we suggest that you decant this Reserva red wine 30 minutes before drinking.
