Availability: In stock
The red wine Sers Singular Parraleta is solely made from Parraleta, a long-forgotten indigenous grape from Somontano, an ancient wine region located in the northern Spanish province of Aragón.
Produced by Bodegas Sers, this varietal Spanish red wine is made from vines grown in the "La Morera" vineyard, at an altitude of 300 metres above sea level, in the pre-pyrenaic town of Cofita, Huesca.
The grapes were harvested during the second week of September. After a careful vinification process, the wine Sers Singular Parraleta 2023 was aged for 5 months in new American oak barrels.
Finally, this red wine from Somontano was mildly filtered before bottling, so we recommend that you decant it to remove any sediment.
