This interesting Spanish red wine is produced in the northern region of Somontano, located in the province of Aragón.
A blend of Merlot and Syrah, the wine Sers Temple Merlot Syrah is produced from grapes coming from a single vineyard, Finca La Morera, located at 300 metres of altitude.
Produced by Bodegas Sers, this Crianza red wine was vinified in stainless steel tanks.
After that, this red wine from Somontano was aged for 7 months in American oak barrels, and for a further 12 months in the bottle before its commercial release.
Decant the wine Serts Temple Merlot Syrah 2022 some time before drinking.

Nose | This blend of Syrah and Merlot is rather intense. Juicy aromas of plums and blackberries, enlivened by notes of spices and aromas of vanilla, liquorice, balsam and menthol. |
Palate | Meaty and well-structured, this red wine of Bodegas Sers has a smooth texture and a refreshing acidity. Ripe black fruit, notes of toast and undergrowth and remembrances of sweet spices. Polished tannins and long, delicately bitter finish. |
