Produced by the Costers del Sió winery, Siós Brut Reserva Blanc de Noirs is a blended Spanish sparkling wine from DO Costers del Segre.

It is made mainly from Pinot Noi r, vinified in white, together with a small amount of Chardonnay. Both come from a single vineyard, Pla del Molí.

Manually harvested, the grapes were refrigerated and then pressed. After that, this brut reserva sparkling wine was fermented on its lees in stainless steel tanks and new French oak barrels, in which the lees were stirred on a weekly basis.

Following the traditional method, secondary fermentation of this Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine took place in the bottle.

Finally, Siós Brut Reserva Blanc de Noirs 2021 was aged for 24 months in the bottle prior to being disgorged.

Appearance	The sparkling wine Siós Brut Reserva Blanc de Noirs is deep straw with some steely tinges.
Nose	Intense, complex and ever-evolving, this blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay suggests subtle aromas of pastry, yeasts, butter and ripe strawberries, along with some herbal notions, and aromas of pomelo rind, dry fruit, smoke and white flowers.
Palate	Creamy and pleasant. this sparkling wine from Costers del Sió has a well-balanced acidity and some tiny, caressing bubbles. Wild berries, rose petals, citrus, English custard and dry fruit. Long and refined finish.
Our personal opinion	A substantial sparkling wine, Siós Brut Reserva Blanc de Noirs 2021 can perfectly accompany a multi-course meal.

A bold Pinot Noir with a solid structure, though not lacking in finesse. Bubble is creamy and the wine feels crisp and fresh.
