Made by Celler Masroig, the young white wine Solà Fred Blanc is a blend of 90% White Grenache and 10% Macabeo, coming from vines planted on clay soils.
The harvest was carried at hours of low-intensity sunlight. This vegan white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, this Spanish white wine from Montsant was aged on its lees for some weeks.
Before bottling, the wine Solà Fred Blanc 2023 was gently filtered.
This blended white wine from Montsant will make for a nice pre-dinner drink.
