Red Wine Taberner 2017
Availability: In stock
Not surprisingly, a variety as versatile as Syrah can feel at home even in a sun-baked wine producing region.
Coming from the Andalusian region of Cádiz, the southernmost part of mainland Spain, the red wine Taberner proves the former claim conclusively.
Picked by hand, the grapes were selected at the vineyard, brought to the cellar in little boxes and selected again. After that, the "surviving" grapes were destemmed and vinified in stainless steel tanks.
Once the process was completed, this Spanish red wine was transferred into French oak barrels. After that, Taberner 2017 from the Huerta de Albalá winery completed malolactic fermentation and was aged for over a period of 18 months.
Finally, this red wine from Cádiz from was gently clarified with egg whites prior to its bottling.
We suggest that you decant this Crianza red wine 1 hour before you drink it, so you can experience its remarkable complexity.
