Details
The wine Terra Remota Caminante is produced in Serra de l'Albera, near the Catalan-French border.
Made from a blend of White Grenache, Chenin and Chardonnay, the grapes were hand-harvested over several weeks and kept refrigerated until the harvesting process was completed.
After that, they were gently pressed with a pneumatic press and separately fermented in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels.
Then this organic white wine produced by the Terra Remota winery, the personal project of Marc & Emma Bournezeau, was aged on lees for 8 months in the forementioned containers.
Finally, the wine Terra Remota Caminante 2023 from DO Catalunya was clarified and filtered before being bottled.
12,500 bottles produced.

Ok, this is too young - this is a real curse for today's winedrinkers, as almost EVERYBODY releases undergrown, unfinished wines .- Leaving that aside, the wine is beautiful. Grace, poise, body and fruit.

Caminante
Unimpeachable Catalan white wine. Spicy and creamy. Complex nose, delicious palate and long-lasting finish.
