A blend of Grenache (45%), Hairy Grenache (45%) and Cabernet Sauvignon(10%), the wine Trufes Negre is produced by Bodega Vins Algars from vineyards located in Batea, in the DO Terra Alta.
Meticulously harvested, the grapes were fermented for 7 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Then this Spanish organic red wine was macerated from 21 days.
After that, the red wine Trufes Negre 2021 was partially aged in French oak barrels for 3 months. Finally, it was blended and bottled.
