Red Wine Valduero Dos Racimos Gran Reserva 2014
Availability: In stock
Produced by Bodegas Valduero only in exceptional vintages, the wine Valduero Dos Racimos Gran Reserva is a patiently crafted, nicely rounded Spanish red wine made solely from Tinto Fino.
This top-shelf red wine from Ribera del Duero is produced from a selection of the very best grapes sourced from over 70-year-old bushvines planted at an altitude around 900 metres above sea level.
The vines grow in a poor, demanding terroir composed of sandy-limestone soils and with very low levels of organic matter. Climate is Continental.
The harvest was carried out manually and the grapes were traditionally vinified. Then the wine was aged for 48 months in oak barrels from 6 different origins.
After that, Valduero Dos Racimos Gran Reserva 2014 was aged for a further 40 months in the bottle prior to its release.
Decant this Gran Reserva red wine from Ribera del Duero a minimum of 1 hour before drinking.
Limited production.
