Vermut Dos Déus Origins Blanc

The young but already prestigious Priorat B&D Lab distillery, based in Bellmunt del Priorat, presents the vermouth Dos Déus Origins Blanc.

This highly original vermouth from Priorat is produced solely from Muscat grapes. After completing alcoholic fermentation, the base wine was macerated with a combination of 38 aromatic herbs and botanicals, including thyme, sage, chamomile and vanilla.

Straw-coloured with some greenish reflections, this Spanish white vermouth has a suggestive and expressive nose, carrying herbs de Provence, nutmeg, clove, elderflower and candied citrus peel. The palate of this vermouth of the Dos Déus distillery is balanced, gently sweet and clear, with a lively acidity, a bitter note and a long finish with an aftertaste of cardamom, cinnamon and absinthe.
