This Spanish white vermouth is produced following an old family recipe by the Cellers Manyé Fortuny winery, run by the third generation of the family.

Pale straw with some whiteish reflections, the vermouth Vermut Medusa Blanc suggests aromas of exotic spices and Mediterranean herbs, with distinctive notes of salvia, thyme, rosemary and clove. The palate of this white vermouth from Tarragona is well-rounded and intense, with a suggestion of wormwood and elderberry, a sweet note and a long finish reminiscent of herbs de Provence and spices.
