Appearance |
The white wine Vespres Blanc is medium straw with a greenish rim. |
Nose |
Rich aromas of white flowers and white fruit. As this varietal White Grenache opens, it evolves into aniseed and aromatic herbs, with some mineral undertones. |
Palate |
This white wine from Josep Grau Viticultor is tasty and excellently balanced. A hint of spices and mineral, a dash of bitter herbs and flavours of white fruit. Remarkable acidity which carries the wine, leading to a long, complex finish. |
Our personal opinion |
Well-defined and unpretentious, the wine Vespres Blanc 2022 is a delicious white wine form Monsant.
