A household name from the increasingly talked about DO Terra Alta, the Edetària winery is the producer of the wine Via Edetana Blanc.
The 2023 vintage of this Spanish red wine is, for the first time, made solely from White Grenache - which until now had always been blended with Viognier - sourced from 40-year-old, certified organic vineyards grown in panal soils
After a careful vinification in stainless steel tanks, half of the wine was aged for 5 months in 500-litre French oak barrels, while the other half was aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, the white wine Via Edetana Blanc 2023 was filtered and blended.
This is a substantial and distinctive white wine from Terra Alta
