Nose |
Fresh, intense notes of white fruit, Mediterranean garrigue and toast, combined with remembrances of yeasts, English custard, butter and smoke. This blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir has a background reminiscent of herbs de Provence. |
Palate |
Fresh and dry, this Cava from Bodegas Vilarnau of González Byass has some nicely integrated bubbles and a well-balanced acidity. Long finish, with delicate remembrances of white fruit, white flowers and aromatic herbs. |
