Details
The well-known Bodega Hnos. Pérez Pascuas is the producer of the wine Viña Pedrosa Crianza, a varietal Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) from DO Ribera del Duero.
This Spanish red wine is sourced from vineyards about 35 years old planted at 835 metres of altitude in Pedrosa de Duero (Burgos).
The vines were harvested by hand and traditionally vinified. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control.
After that, the wine Viña Pedrosa Crianza 2021 was aged for 18 months in American and French oak barrels.
Finally, this Crianza red wine was bottled and aged for a further 6 months in the bottle before its commercial release.

Top Ribera
This wine is still quite young, but it shows great promise. It tastes of fruit and spices and it has a very long finish. Top quality.
