Glenora

Glenora

Glenora Distillery is a Canadian distillery found in Nova Scotia.

Founded by Bruce Jardine in Glanville, Nova Scotia, Canada, the Glenora Destillery transported Scotland whisky-making traditions across the pond, and continues to honour them to this very day.

Made in the Scottish style, Glen Beton Rare is the best-known product of the Glenora Distillery. Crafted in copper stills, it is a Single Malt Canadian whisky -not a rye whisky, as is traditional in Canada.

The Glenora collection includes 10 14, 19 and 21-year-old whiskies, all of which are matured in American oak casks. It is worth noting that Glen Breton 10 Single Malt was included in the authoritative “101 whiskies to try before you die” list, and rated in Top 50 Spirits Worldwide, Wine Enthusiast Magazine, 2006. In 2011, it won a Gold Medal at the International Review of Spirits, Chicago.
