Torabhaig

Founded in 2017, the Torabhaig distillery is situated in a 19 th century farmstead near the Taengue Bay and at a ten minute walk from the legendary Knock Castle, in the isle of Skye.

The flagship product of this Skye distillery, which is equipped with 100 old Bourboun casks, is Torabhaig Allt Gleann Single Malt. This Scotch whisky is made from Concerto barley fermented in pinewood tanks and traditionally distilled in ex-Bourbon. Finally, it was matured in American oak barrels for 4 years minimum.

Gently peated, this Skye whisky of the Torabhaig distillery is intense and spicy, with a round palate and a long finish.

The first Single Malt Whiskies of this Skye distillery were launched onto the market in 2021.
