Located in the village of Padrón, A Coruña, the Vermutería de Galicia winery, also known as bodega Sant Petroni, is a young company founded by five partners with years of experience in the wine and spirit business. The company aims to produce a high-quality Spanish vermouth with a distinctive Galician character, using traditional formulas and the best locally sourced ingredients.

All the vermouths of the Vermutería de Galicia winery are made from a base Albariño white wine aged on lees. The grapes come from Pazo de Arretén, a 9-hectare estate located in the DO Rías Baixas wine region. The botanicals come mainly from the Terras de Iria area, in the Padrón Valley, known for the quality of its produce. The Galician vermouth Sant Petroni is made with traditional methods and after a meticulous maceration process with 29 botanical plants, resulting in a remarkably elegant and characterful vermouth.
