Caves Bertha: Tradition, elegance and craftmanship.

Bodega Caves Bertha was founded in 1989 in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, the capital of Cava, under the name of Cavas Josep Torres Sibill.

In the beginning of the XXIth century, the next generation of the family took charge of the winery. From that moment on, the wines bore the name of Caves Bertha.

Until 2014, the winery's facilities were located in the centre of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. That year, the company inaugurated a new winery built on the outskirts of the town. Nicely integrated with the surrounding landscape, the building is equipped with state-of-the-art winemaking technology.

The Cavas of Bodega Bertha are produced from the typical cava varieties, and also from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

The Caves Bertha winery produces young cavas, reserva cavas and gran reserva cavas.
