The Cellers Avgvstvs Forvm winery is situated in a unique geography and it runs along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea following the and ancient Roman street, Vía Agusta. Avgvstvs Forvm crafts distinctive wines with a personal character.

From less than two miles (3 Kilometers) from the Mediterranean Sea, within the Penedés DO, the Cellers Avgvstvs Foruvm winery has grapevines running up the ancient Roman street, Via Augusta. This is a very special microclimate is heavily influenced by a persistent Mediterranean breeze.   

This winery cultivates the red grape varietals—Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc—along with the white wine grape varietals Xarel-lo and Chardonnay. These grapevines are situated in calcareous soils that are very dense.

The red wines from the Augustus Forvm winery in the Penedés DO of Spain are all aged in French oak barrels from Nevers. The crianza ages vary between vintages from a five month crianza age for their Merlot-Syrah red wine blend, to a 20 month crianza age for Trajanvs. Trajanvs is a perfectly-balanced red wine. The white wines by Cellers Avgvtvs Forvm are crafted from the single varietal Xarel-lo or Chardonnay.
