Noguerals

Founded in 1999 by Ramon Alzamora Sr. and Ramon Alzamora Jr., the Celler Noguerals winery is a family business that operates in two highly prestigious Catalan wine regions: DOQ Priorat and DO Montsant.

In 2008, Bodega Celler Noguerals moved its main facility to an old hen which had been appropriately refurbished to meet the requirements of modern wine production. The family currently owns 5.5 hectares of vineyards: 1.5 hectares of Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon in DO Montsant, from which they source the grapes for the wine Corbatera, and 4 hectares in La Morera del Montsant, DOQ Priorat, planted with Grenache, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

The product range of the Noguerals winery consists exclusively of red wines made following a traditional style. These are intense and complex wines, meticulously vinified and aged for 12 months in French or American oak barrels.
