Otto Bestué

The Otto Bestué winery works hard to highlight the unique qualities of Somontano's terroir.

The family tradition of Bodega Otto Bestué goes back to 1640, the date of the first written documents referring to the farming activities of the Bestué family. In 1999, Lorenzo Otto Bestué and his father decided to start a company with the aim of producing wines which were faithful to the traditional techniques of the region. The labels are illustrated with images from the family album, as well as with old pictures of the region.

A modern winery with state-of-the-art technology, the Otto Bestué winery is deeply committed to environmental sustainability. All of its wines are made from the 45 hectares of low-yielding vineyards that have belonged to the family for more than a century. Productions are low and of a high quality.
